Re: Video Review
I liked it! It's good to finally see a review for this game. I didn't realize how many Hollywood movie references were in this game like Snatcher and was even more intrigued that you could jiggle women's boobies in the game :) . I disagree about the PC-98 version having the worst graphics though; I ...

Re: Current Project Status (12/19/08): Alpha Testing
The current font graphic you have looks great. I agree maybe some slight dimming would make it look nicer and more "traditional", if that even matters for something as small as this. The only concern I would have is if it's readable on most TVs, but again, not important. If you can incorpo...

Re: PC Engine emulator
The CUE file might not be listing both data tracks correctly. There appear to be two data tracks on the disc as far as I can tell: track numbers 2 and 24. Open your CUE file with Note Pad or a similar program and make sure you have all the files listed in it and that each file is typed exactly the s...

Re: PC Engine emulator
Unfortunately I can't seem to be able to extract the last data track on my Star Parodia CD due to scuff marks or something. What does Daemon Tools say when you try to mount your CUE file? Make sure your WAV files are typed the same way the CUE lists them. I don't have Cho Aniki (really want to get t...

Re: PC Engine emulator
I definitely have both of those games as they're a couple of my favorites. I think it might be easiest if I rip them in bin/cue format, if that is okay with you.

Re: Blade Runner Game
I was interested in this game when I first read about it. Sounds pretty good from what has been posted here, I'll probably have to get it now. Must admit though, I'm not much for multiple endings.

Re: PC Engine emulator
Magic Engine is fantastic, definitely recommend buying it or acquiring it by other means... Yame is also a pretty nice emulator that I used to use a lot, but unfortunately I don't think it's supported anymore. Mednafen, as far as I understand, is the most technically accurate emulator out there, but...

Re: Another Blade Runner connection
Wow, wasn't aware of this one. That's really interesting, thanks for sharing. What is with Japanese game developers and using the smallest of details from American movies and stuff as a art reference? I wish I still had the URL, but there is an awesome Japanese site out there that catalogues hundred...

Re: Snatcher versions
Sega CD first, no doubt, unless you speak Japanese. If you're a hardcore PCE nerd like me, then you'll have fun comparing the Sega CD version to the PCE afterwards. For historical sake though, might be better to play the PC88 and MSX versions after the Sega CD though.

Re: PC Engine Version Translation
Hello, finally joined these forums after much lurking! As excited as I am for the Policenauts translation, this has been a translation I have been looking forward to for years! I first played Snatcher in English on Sega CD, but I am a HUGE, HUGE PC Engine fan so I was always bummed that a TGCD versi...
