Re: About Lunar: Silver Star Harmony (PSP)
it's sweet candy when it comes to graphics, but otherwise I'd say they made it too easy. better stick to the PS1 version.

Re: Death Stranding is coming - official discussion thread.
I bought an used ps4 this summer, just to play Bloodstained in time. Of course, next in line is Death Stranding. I've kept myself away even from trailers though, so it will be a complete discovery for me.

Re: 2064: who has played it around here?
Limited Run announced a physical Vita release at E3. This is good, as the game's quite sized, and I'm running short of storage space

Re: 2064: who has played it around here?
I think it's interesting that, of all the possible variations of the graphic adventure formula, they specifically targeted Snatcher as a template. That hasn't occurred even in Japan, as far as I know.
Someone has played it already?

Re: Blackmore: A Steampunk Adventure Game - Kickstarter
Guys, despite the new mockup photos and the announcement that Donna Burke is on board too, the efforts are flagging. I hope everyone will convince at least one friend to back this awesome project. The world is in dire need of snatcher-esque adventure games!

Re: Blackmore: A Steampunk Adventure Game - Kickstarter
If the desire is not there from you guys, I don't know where it would come from. Please give me your support. Indeed, the Kickstarter seems so tailored on this community, that the first time I heard of it I thought it was a project born on these pages!! Glad to have you on board, Jeremy! Now what e...

Re: Feature requests for future versions
One script revision that I'd recommend: There's a part where they're at a party and Jonathan asks Chris about her relationship with Sadaoki. She says he's her "main squeeze" and then says she meant it in a paternal sense. This double entendre doesn't translate at all. Wouldn't it be bette...

Re: Report issues here
Hi Jack, I have literally *just* got my EBOOTs up and running on my PSP (as well as my iMac, but that's a different story). I'm using a PSP1000 with the exact firmware you have described on your PSP (M33-6), and they work perfectly. On a couple of unsuccessful attempts, I had issues with the game a...

Re: Report issues here
PSP:
I think I have issues with booting the game from firmware 5.00 M33-6 (I see the precautions screen, then it goes all black, then PSP turns off).
The same eboot files work on my friend's PSP2000 (same model as mine) and he has 3.80 M33-5.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Does the Sega Cd emulator work on your psp-2000? it doesn't work on mine.. God bless the original PSP.. I recommend that for anyone who wishes to buy a psp and emulate. It's cheaper and it's compatible with all of the emulators. Yes, picodrive runs just fine on mine... I completed Snatcher immediat...

Re: Kojima Productions New IP Revealed Soon?
What I mean is, he isn't a sellout. He probably sticks to the franchise because he doesn't want to get fired or forced to quit. That's usually called a sell out... isn't it? 3. Slang One who has betrayed one's principles or an espoused cause. Pretty much covers it. Okay, let me rephrase myself: I t...

Re: Current Status (4/26/09): 1 Bug Till Beta
Now going off-topic for a second... some days ago I made a depressing discovery... I have installed custom firmware (5.00 M33-2) on my PSP to play the Policenauts translation, and now my PSP 2000 doesn't read my Portable Ops UMD (europe version) anymore. :( edit: problem solved! I updated to M33-6 a...

you are all delirious if you think this new metal gear games are not what kojima wants to do. he has become very powerful and he can do what he wants. if he wants to do a new game, he will do it and people will buy it just because it has kojima's name. Very powerful? Just because he got to create h...

Re: Kojima Productions New IP Revealed Soon?
^Well, Kojima didn't write nor direct MPO, but he is with Peace Walker. Yes, and I frankly wonder why exactly he's doing this. What drives Kojima, of all his upcoming projects, to dedicate himself to PW? Possible answers: 1- He wants "revenge" on PSP. Since neither Ac!d nor POPS managed t...

Re: Current Status (4/26/09): 1 Bug Till Beta
I'm going to be quiet for a little while. Good things are happening on the backend. We actually ran into a couple of issues on hardware (and not the emulators) which was a little scary for a bit, but we were able to recover, I won't even pretend to understand the rest, but if good things are happen...
