Re: PC Engine Version Translation
Some years are gone by since last time i wrote here, any update if this project will come back? Maybe we can croudfund a translation project or something? I really wanna play the PCE version with english text :) If this really never happens, would you recommend the MSX or the SegaCD version? The Se...

Re: "Missing" songs in the Sega CD version
If they are, it's a fine shame. I hope they get released someday. Also while making my rip, I've run into the problem of lots of songs having dialogue over them, making it impossible to get a clean sound. Both the vinyl and other rips online managed to get around that issue, but how they do it I do...

Re: Emulation guide for Policenauts (2018 and beyond)
I've just started Policenauts for the Sega Saturn. Got it running smoothly using Yaba Sanshiro Saturn Emulator on my LG V50. The cool thing about the V50 is that there is a dual screen case accessory which allows you to run two apps simultaneously, one on either screen. Pretty cool for when you want...

Any chance someone can upload those two tracks to download?
I had a look but they're not included in the official soundtrack for Survive.

Re: Blackmore: A Steampunk Adventure Game - Kickstarter
I'm so glad to be here among fellow Snatcher fans. I hope you can all consider supporting what I am trying to do. As for the "laying it on a bit thick" please understand that I have never made the claim to have done anything other than what I did. That is not my direct quote. The importan...

"A compelling story and script written by Jeremy Blaustein, the man behind the English Snatcher, Metal Gear Solid, the Silent Hill series, Shadow Hearts, Suikoden 2 and many more." Laying it a bit thick there isn't he? He worked on those projects, but he shouldn't be claiming main responsi...

Re: Is this a goof?
Not actually working on the translation, or even playing policenauts more than twice (I should get on that maybe? lol) so my memory is a bit hazy, but consider this... The real question is if Tony even knows he had a brother, let alone the question if Ed killed him. Yeah, Tony definitely knew 'caus...

Is this a goof?
Just on my 4th ever play through of Policenauts and during the final shootout with Redwood in the car park Redwood says to Jonathan "No one's ever killed a frozener, maybe you'll be the first" But Ed killed Redwood's brother didn't he? Shot him dead in front of Marc? it's discussed minutes...

An English version was planned on the Saturn, and even had promotional boxart, but it was scrapped due to development problems.

Re: hey! question about applying the text dump to the saturn
Man, thats disappointing. Thanks for the reply though, I really appreciate it. I guess I'll just have to do it the hard way and just have a script open. Excited to play, even though I heard that the saturn version is one of the weaker ones. I saw the game super cheap and I'm some what of a saturn c...

It's looking better everytime. Well done, pal. Not just on the actual work you've produced, but the patience it takes to carry on with a project of such great scope. Keep plugging away with it when you can, and I look forward to playing it whether it takes 1 year, 2 years or 3. When it's done it's d...

Has anyone got the full length version of music, the Sega CD version? The one on that site is only 40 odd seconds long but the actual music in the game is at least a couple of minutes and it's not just a loop.

Which is better? I was thinking of playing through SD Snatcher tonight, as I haven't played it yet. I loved Snatcher, that goes without saying, but it SD Snatcher as enjoyable?
Cheers.

Re: What do you think of a Policenauts remake Like this....
How would the Meryl thing work?
MGS4 and Policenauts are like 30 years apart.
If they remade Policenauts it would still have to be a detective game, but you control Jonathan in 3rd person and Beyond is an open world, you have to travel across it to speak to people and find clues etc.

Re: You might like... DreamWeb for DOS (a Cyberpunk Adventure)
I loved this game when it came out in 94. It's dark, moody, Cyberpunky and fairly quick to get though. You'll see VERY mixed reviews on the web, but I like this one: http://www.honestgamers.com/systems/content.php?review_id=8084&gametitle=DreamWeb Have just been playing Snatcher and it popped i...
