Easy one: You have a separate folder for Snatcher, containing the game files and mp3s - you have to move all of those files (including the mp3s!) into the folder where the .exe of the emulator itself is located. Ok, so I've tried emulating Snatcher on Fusion and Gens (supposedly the two best Genesis/Sega CD emulators) and both of them refuse to run cut-scenes. It does allow me to skip the opening cut scene by pressing start at the "this is a work of fiction" disclaimer screen so I can play the gam...

Try Vangelis' score for Blade Runner. Deus Ex, as has already been posted, has a stellar soundtrack too.
