Norihiko Hibino on the Yakuza OST.

I didn't know whether or not to post this here, but since he does soundtrack work for the MGS series... Anyway, yeah, he's done a few tracks on the Ryu ga Gotoku/Yakuza soundtracks. I haven't played this so-called gem of a game yet, but I will soon! It's at #gamemp3s if anyone's interested.[/spoiler]

You've got good taste,
Spoiler:

I really enjoyed what I've seen of this series. I have them all, but I've only watched up until about episode 15. It's a long series, so I'm wondering if a bulk of the rest of the episodes are filler. How far have you gotten?

Holy hell, I had no idea that is was that Tsuneo on the Gungrave OSTs. I always thought "Home" was an homage to Spike Spiegel, but discarded that thought as coincidence. Pretty bad ass. I kinda skipped on the Trigun music, but I have it here. I'll give it a listen.

Akio Ohtsuka does the voice of Batou in the Stand-Alone Complex series which makes him badasseder. And it has Yoko Kanno's music, come on!7

In my opinion, and this will surely get many heads boiling here; GITS is rather overrated. Sure, it's good, but really not as good as everybody made it out to be. Akira is better. I agree with you, but the GITS series have a much better handle on the subject matter. I love the first GITS's art-dire...

How could this suck more, you wonder to yourselves? The Wachowskis could be attached. Go Speed Racer!

I really loved if they'd just take all the money and continue furthering the S.A.C. series.

Well I don't know Japanese but I have heard Otsuka's voice in game and find it mediocre. Here’s why: First of all it's not because it's in Japanese (The Japanese VO for Otacon was amazing!) It's because it doesn't fit the character. I've always thought of Snake as a tough-as-nails mercenary in term...

Still worth waiting for the Final Fantasy Tactics upgraded port, but MGS on the PSP. I read that it's best to own one of the PSP value pack one for this to work. Sony's stupid for not having acted on this sooner. But what about the L2 and R2 buttons, does their absense make some games unplayable?

Remember that xbox game... it was called Steel Battletank or something like that. It game with a $100 controller and had pedals and such. It'd have been awesome to have them port ZOE over to the Xbox just to utilize that, but it'd have a lot of unnecessary buttons. Anyway, yeah...

Yeah, they said that DGN2 or the one that takes place during MGS2 will focus a lot more on Snake than the game did, so that's good. Also, I think we'll get a clearer sense of what Big Boss really wanted. I know there's a good reason behind Outer Heaven, one that the Boss would agree with. I want to ...

I've played Ghost in the Shell: Stand-Alone Complex for the PS2 and that, too, was Production IG. It was really awesome and kind of different in that it was a mix of gameplay styles. It would've been a really great game, though, if a little more effort was put into the enemy A.I. Boy, it is stupid. ...

While Ghost Babel isn't canonical to the main timeline, it has a lot more credibility than Snake's Revenge. It's at least in an alternate timeline, just like Snake Tales in Substance.
