Re: Cyberpunk 2077
Especially funny since the cops helmet looks like two Metal Gear MKII head stuck together. Coincedence or a knowing tribute to MKII's design? I highly doubt it, since Metal Gear MKII's head is essentially a three lens camera. http://blog.freepricealerts.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files/2011/08/old-...

This is a super late reply, but I added the new patcher to the main patch archive.TWIN-FR wrote:Okay I tried it and it works perfectly. Thanks a lot for your help and for the awesome patch!
Hopefully that makes the patcher more bullet proof.

Re: Policenauts Sega Saturn Translation
But yes, I would love to translate the Saturn text, and fix some typos from the PSX version at the same time. AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! HY-03vYYAjA Marc, you are awesome! Playing your translation of Policeanuts back in 2009 is one of my personal favorite gaming experiences of all time. It literally felt l...

Re: Policenauts Sega Saturn Translation
I figured the issue was something like that. I was a little skeptical that is was a technical issue, with the way the game plays the audio and it not adapting well to changes. Not quite sure how that would be the case, but you get the idea. I heard some recent games got japanese lipsynch with Englis...

Re: Policenauts Sega Saturn Translation
Oh, so you were part of the team that dubbed Time Crisis into Spanish! I was quite impressed with that fandub back when it first came out, and I don't even know Spanish. Though I'm a bit curious. I remember hearing that the official English version of Policenauts was held back because of syncing iss...

Re: Policenauts Sega Saturn Translation
Hello SaturnAR, Your work sounds outstanding! I Google translated the thread you linked to, and from what I could gather, your porting the PSX translation to the Saturn, and then translating it into Spanish? I also read something about dubbing it into Spanish!? I'm I understanding all this correctly...

Re: Policenauts Private Edition
Yeah, sadly this is the case. The Private Collection doesn't include the actual game. It's like a special features disc that you buy separately, which is kind of lame. I'd return it, if you still have the option, and use the money for the real McCoy. Though it's up to you. Wish you the best of luck ...

Re: Having trouble with burnt Policenauts
Just stick with IMGburn and use write speed 4x. It worked for me. Yeah, but if his drive can't write at 4x then you have an issue. Thanks for the quick response. Is there any kind of burning software that could force the drive to write at a lower speed than 10X? The write speed of your drive isn't ...

Re: Having trouble with burnt Policenauts
I recently tried to burn Policenauts English Disc 1, but can't get it to play properly. I'm using a PS1 with Game Enhancer 7 plugged in the back. The Konami clip always skips, and so does the one before the title screen. When I start the game it always freezes about 10 seconds into the first clip, ...

Re: Policenauts 4 Windows.
You know, I have made some changes to this little project since I first posted it. I changed the sound plugin to "Eternal SPU" which seemed to get rid of the slight audio crackle that I would occasionally get with P.E.O.p.S DSound Audio Driver 1.9. I also included the E}I{'s softGPU plugin...

Re: Rondo of Blood PSP dub for PC-Engine.
Okay, it seems the MD5 checker in the patcher is more fragile then I initially thought. Here is an updated version of the patcher that's more in the spirit with what I used for my Ys IV dub patch (I have it attached). Simply place the contents of the folder into the patch folder, overwriting the pre...

Re: Most Complex Translation Project
If your talking about difficulty, then that's essentially impossible to come up with an infallible answer for, as Artemio has stated. If your talking about complexity, then maybe that might hold some water, but coming up with a bullet proof answer for it might take some work. Some of the more comple...

how did you find this? I was googling around for a mouse plugin for PCSX-Reloaded and I stumbled across this. I'm a little confused on whether or not this was intended to work only with emulators or not. It's a little hard to tell just by reading the thread. I would imagine it would work on real ha...

Re: question about the Tokimeki Memorial easter egg save
Well, this isn't necessarily related but the game Tokimeki Memorial Drama Series Vol. 1: Nijiiro no Seishun seem to have quite a few references to Policenauts. For example apperanlty at some point you have the option to see Policenauts the movie, here's a video on YouTube. m5XWNodpbZM Also, that wom...

Re: question about the Tokimeki Memorial easter egg save
Sorry for bumping an old topic, but does anyone know what this easter egg is exactly? I mean, has anyone even seen it in the game? I always hear people say something like "Apparently, if you have a completed save game from Tokimeki Memorial on your memory card, at some point, the game makes a c...

Re: Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 The Golden
So far the Vita has just been marketed as this portable PS3. Which I find kind of lame since, well, I already own a PS3.
I'd much rather see it become it's own thing then be a poor mans substitute, only now in your pocket.

Re: Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 The Golden
Practically all my video game playing last year was playing Persona 3-4 on my PS2. These games are fantastic and are easily one of the most entertaining games I've ever played! Persona 4 in particular. Don't know if I'll play the Vita enhanced port since 1, I just finished playing P4 on the PS2 earl...
