Real Life - Neo Kobe pizza
http://www.destructoid.com/neo-kobe-piz ... 0519.phtmlNeo Kobe pizza : A slice of pizza submerged into a ready made noodle bowl , resulting the pizza to resemble the island of Neo Kobe , Japan. Personally , I'm from New York and could never think of ruining a slice by dipping into soup but I tryed out some Neo Kobe microvable pizza and indeed the instant noodles did make it taste better!

Cool... I'd give it a shot, But I'd have to agree pizza in a soup is like ruining a perfectly good slice to me! http://junkerhq.net/Snatcher/neokobepizza.htmlWich has been up on this site for years now....

Re: Real Life - Neo Kobe pizza
My brother and I actually tried this once with one of my awesome homemade cheese pizzas, it was alright but once the pizza is soggy, the texture is unbearable, unless you happen to like super gooey food. Oh, and the broth HAS TO BE heated. The pic where the pizza looks like it's submerged in cold chicken noodle soup almost sets in the gag reflex for me. NASTY.

I've never had the desire to taste it, and now I have even less. Yes, I know that doesn't make sense.

Yes, I know that doesn't make sense. It was nothing remarkable, I can tell ya that. Especially when the pizza started getting soggy... but we both love Snatcher, so we had to try it out.

Re: Real Life - Neo Kobe pizza
Can I freeze Pizza dough without partially cooking it? I make pizza dough in my breadmaker and I was wondering if I could freeze half each time so I only have to make dough every second time I make pizza. Do I need to cook the Pizza base before I can freeze it or can I just freeze the dough? Thanks in advance. ______________________ affiliateelite ~ affiliateelite.com ~ adgooroo ~ adgooroo.com

Re: Real Life - Neo Kobe pizza
I did try this, but like what both Baker and Ash said, Baker 5.56 wrote: Personally , I'm from New York and could never think of ruining a slice by dipping into soup el_ash wrote: I'd have to agree pizza in a soup is like ruining a perfectly good slice to me! But instead, I try to dip my pizza into the soup a bit. Just an edge of a pizza, not the whole slice and well... In here (Brunei), it's not special, actually. Just make any soup you like, grab a slice, dip it and eat it. Works for me.

Re: Real Life - Neo Kobe pizza
I actually tried making it a couple months ago with some Tsuyu broth and udon noodles and a couple slices of Elio's frozen pizza squares with a little extra cheese i threw on top of them. Word of warning: DO NOT let it sit for too long, especially when you're photographing it to show it off like I did. Otherwise the noodles get all soggy along with the pizza and it just turns into an icky mush that just tastes like weird pizza sauce... Otherwise I wanna try it again, probably with a way tastier pizza with thinner crust. That and I'm probably gonna dunk it in the Tsuyu too and slurp it up with the udon.

Congratulations, you are very good, I wanted to try to do a similar one too, but I'm afraid that I get a lousy thing hahaha Congratulations again, you are really very good, then when you try to repeat you let them know how it happened to you, good luck
