Some items for sale

Post by Finalfantasy7 »

as others here, i want to sell my MGS/Hideo items to other fans, not strangers over Ebay. PM your best offer and i will get back to you  Just that you know i live in US, unlike majority of the people here who like in UK.

Also sorry for the bad pictures, my cheap Digital Camera sucks

-MGS&MGS2 Music Cds-
These are the original cds, in great condition. only played the Cds once to copy all the music onto the PC. It is MGS offical soundtrack, MGS2 offical soundtrack and MGS2 the otherside offical soundtrack. I want to sell all 3 OST at once, but i will also sell each to diffrent users if they only want one of them ;) All are the orginal JPN versions not the US and Europe releases.

-POLICEANUTS-
This is the original PSX JPN version.sold for 6,800 yen originally in japan.sadly the manual is missing. The box has some minor scrachs, but the Cds are perfect and untouched. It was first released in 1996

-METAL GEAR SOLID ON PC-
No need to explain it. It is basically the original MGS on PC, which makes the graphics LOT better than the PSX version. I have the manual and the 2 discs in prefect condition. Actually mint condition, because i never even installed it or played it.

-METAL GEAR NOVEL-
This is the very rare World of Power book that is based off the Metal Gear for NES. The book itself has a decent story but does not have too much to do with actual Metal Gear series story. very hard to find and quite rare to see it any place. It was released in late 1980's The book itself is in good condition for somthing that is so old. No tears, loose pages or parts of cover missing. Everything intact and clean. I bet many big collecters have looked lots of places to get this book. It took me a long while to track this book down and get it :) Shame i have to sell it now

-SIGNED MGS ASHCAN COMIC-
This is the ASHCAN edition of the first MGS comic, which is rare itself. But not only that, but it signed by Kris Oprisko, thw writer of the comics. Also also for people who think this is faked signature, the comic comes with a COA from Gordon Lee from Legends Entertainmebt groups, inc. I never opened the cover to actually look though the comic or anthing :)

-MGS PREMIUM PACKAGE-
It's in great condition. I did not even open the shrink wrap on the cds and the dogtag. I looked though the book once and placed it back in the cover. The shrit is unopened too

-MGS2 PREMIUM PACKAGE-

these are huge wallsoolls made with soft cloth and in exellent condition. each is 80X102cm. The red one has been unopened and not hanged any place. I opened it recently to take some pictures. as for the one i already have on my wall, i like it would quite likley keep it unless i get a very good offer for it.

One of the best english guides i ever seen.

I also want to know if there's any difference between the Japanese OST and the American one?

No there is no diffrence in the music or the arrangment of it on the CD. The packaging however is diffrent. The Japanese versions have a little postage card in it which i assume is a product quality survy.

There is actually an extra track on the Japanese OST that isn't on the European one (MGS1), can't remember it's name, but it's the last one. [just checked, it's 'Metal Gear Solid Control Mix / Mixed by Quadra']

Also, that novel is weird, it became rare all of a sudden (or just in demand) as I know that not more than a year ago I paid just ten USD for it, and saw them go unsold on eBay for less than five. That is the way with these 'collectors' items' though I guess.

ReasonWhyNot wrote:So why are you selling all of your shit anyway ff7?? You having a kid?
not a kid...yet. I just has some bad money managment over last 8 months. Now i am totally broke. I am not selling all my stuff anyway, i still own a good $800+ worth of stuff still. I am just selling all the things i think i will get good money fast because of demand. Plus i can buy back premium packages back again in future once i have more money. Just some temp. sales really, until i can get back on my feet

I love my MGS items but i need money, so that is why i am selling this stuff. I can live without PP and OST.

oh crap i forgot about that. That has to be one of the weridest takes of MGS theme ever. I first heard that first online and though it was a fan made mix. But i was surpised to find it on the MGS OST. It has few japanese voices in it mixed with many funky sounds. It was actually used as music for the gameplay E3 trailer if i am not mistaking.

Also the Novel IMO became rare because many people don't know about it. Atleast i have not seen it on US Ebay over last 6-8 months. I actually found this at an used book store. I stumbled across it by accident. It was a really old place and this book was in the kids section  I bought it for $15 :)

I know this is kind of late but do you have the wall scrolls left? I'm especially interested in the non-red one.
