Post Sega Saturn Patch Guide for Macs
I can't believe I just joined this site...always lurked. Decided to get an account to post the below Sega Saturn patch guide for Macs. I answered a reddit question on this, so I figured others here may benefit from it too. Currently this has only been tested using El Capitan.

This will require you to be comfortable using the terminal, and ideally installing apps with brew.

Updates:
    - 2016-10-08: Slightly modified instructions and added bash script for converting bin/cue and patching iso/wav. The script needs to run in the folder with all the English patch files and the bin/cue files. It will create folders for the final patched files and original files, and tidy up after.

You will need:

Install necessary apps:

    * Install AnyToISO Lite, Homebrew, and LiquidCD using links above
    * With brew, Install bchunk for converting bin/cue files to iso/wav tracks and xdelta for applying the patches to the ISOs. In terminal, run:
    Code:
    $ brew install bchunk
    $ brew install xdelta

Setup and Ripping Instructions:

    1. Create a folder on your Desktop named "POLICENAUTS"
    2. Extract all of the Policenauts Saturn English Patch files to the POLICENAUTS folder
    3. Using AnyToISO Lite, Select "CD/DVD Disk to ISO", and for each disk
      - Choose your source drive (will likely be "Audio CD")
      - Choose your POLICENAUTS folder as your destination and name the output "POLICENAUTS_#" (with # representing the disc number - 1, 2, 3)
      - Select the "Create BIN/CUE image" radio button
      - Click the "Create BIN/CUE image" button

Patching Instructions (2 options, bash script or manual):

    bash script:
      1. Extract patch_mac.sh script to the POLICENAUTS folder
      3. Open terminal and run
      Code:
      $ cd ~/Desktop/POLICENAUTS
      $ chmod +x patch_mac.sh
      $ ./patch_mac.sh

    manual:
      1. Open Terminal and run:
    Code:
    $ cd ~/Desktop/POLICENAUTS
    $ bchunk -w POLICENAUTS_1.bin POLICENAUTS_1.cue POLICENAUTS_1-
    $ bchunk -w POLICENAUTS_2.bin POLICENAUTS_2.cue POLICENAUTS_2-
    $ bchunk -w POLICENAUTS_3.bin POLICENAUTS_3.cue POLICENAUTS_3-
    $ xdelta3 -f -d -s POLICENAUTS_1-01.iso NautsSaturnENG-CD1.XDELTA POLICENAUTS_1-1.ENGLISH.iso
    $ xdelta3 -f -d -s POLICENAUTS_2-01.iso NautsSaturnENG-CD2.XDELTA POLICENAUTS_2-1.ENGLISH.iso
    $ xdelta3 -f -d -s POLICENAUTS_3-01.iso NautsSaturnENG-CD3.XDELTA POLICENAUTS_3-1.ENGLISH.iso
    $ mv POLICENAUTS_1-02.wav POLICENAUTS_1-2.wav
    $ mv POLICENAUTS_2-02.wav POLICENAUTS_2-2.wav
    $ mv POLICENAUTS_3-02.wav POLICENAUTS_3-2.wav

Burning patched CDs:

    1. Using LiquidCD, choose "Others", then Disk Image, and for each disc
      - Click the "Choose a disk image..." button
      - Browse to your POLICENAUTS folder and choose the corresponding disc cue files from the patch download (POLICENAUTS_1.ENGLISH.cue, POLICENAUTS_2.ENGLISH.cue, POLICENAUTS_3.ENGLISH.cue)
      - Click Burn and choose the slowest speed possible (mine goes down to 24x)
      - Burn the image

The following are the final files you will need no matter how you choose to play them:

    * POLICENAUTS_1.ENGLISH.cue
    * POLICENAUTS_1-1.ENGLISH.iso
    * POLICENAUTS_1-2.wav
    * POLICENAUTS_2.ENGLISH.cue
    * POLICENAUTS_2-1.ENGLISH.iso
    * POLICENAUTS_2-2.wav
    * POLICENAUTS_3.ENGLISH.cue
    * POLICENAUTS_3-1.ENGLISH.iso
    * POLICENAUTS_3-2.wav

No problem. Glad I could help. Just edited the instructions a bit and added a bash script to help automate and simply the process a bit.
