Well, corrections are always welcome, as well as additions. If you find a reference, feel free to mention it. If I feel it's an obvious enough reference, I'll add it. If someone wants to debate about the entry, I'll be willing to edit it.

Here are some others.

- News Order (Karen Hojo's news show in Policenauts) is mentioned in the Snatcher timeline. I'm not sure if this was in the first versions of the manual or added to the PCE version.

- The north-south problem is mentioned in Policenauts (Snatcher reference)

Snatcher
* Benson Cunningham is a former FOXHOUND strategist. (Metal Gear reference)

Metal Gear Solid
* The FOXHOUND trench-coats have got the same “striped shoulders” design as Benson Cunningham’s jacket. (Snatcher reference)
* Meryl is shot for the first time in her life. (In Policenauts, Meryl said her “bullet-earring” comes from the first time she was shot.)
* Snake finds the badly-decomposed corpse of the DARPA Chief, which means the one he met earlier is actually an impostor. (In Snatcher Gillian finds the badly-decomposed corpse of Benson Cunningham, which means the “Cunningham” he met earlier is actually an impostor.)

Boktai 3
* (Found on Wikipedia) Solid Snake appears in the game.

Metal Gear Solid 4 : Guns of the Patriots
* Meryl wears the same green bandana as the Meryl from Policenauts.

In Policenauts, she doesn't say that bullet was the first one she ever got shot with. Here's the entire exchange:

(1)
Jonathan: That's an unusual earring you've got there.
Meryl: I made this from a bullet I got shot with. It missed my heart by only a fraction of an inch. I keep it for good luck.

(2)
Meryl: This is the only earring I have.
Ed: You mean that's the only one you ever wear, don't you?
Meryl: I guess you could say that. But this isn't jewelry or anything. It's a good luck charm.
Jonathan: It doesn't look like it's working very well.
Meryl: This bullet grazed my heart. The gunman musta been a lucky person.

Where'd you hear that from?

Oh, I apologize.

I still haven't actually played Policenauts (I'm waiting for the English translation).

I think I read the origin of the bullet-earring on a forum (maybe this one ?).
I guess I didn't perfectly remember the information and unintentionally "made up" the "first time shot" part.

Fortunately, you're here to correct my mistake, Osiris. :)

Oh, okay. No worries.

I expect the earring will come up at some point in MGS4. I wonder if the origin story will be any different.

MGS:

*Solid Snake reveals his real name to be 'Dave', Snake is in love with Meryl. Meryl is also a character from Policenauts; the character that also loved Meryl was also called 'Dave'. (Policenauts reference)

That's already in the list (*The relationship between Snake (Dave) and Meryl is a reference to Policenauts).

Not too sure about this one, but...
ZoE
* Orbital Frames' pilots are called Runners (In Snatcher, "Runner" is an alternate name for Junker).

MGA2 reference:

Vector Cannon that is installed to Metal Gear in MGA2 is taken from Zone of the enders 2, where vector cannon is one of the Jehutys weapons.

EDIT:

Another reference; Liquid's jacket in MGS1, it's similar to Gillians jacket in Snatcher.

Finally updated this. Nice to get references from boktai 3 and Integral, too (I remembered the Integral one, myself).

Metal Gear Solid
* Metal Gear MK II was to appear in MGS 1 according to early trailers/screenshots (proof).
* Revolver Ocelot wears a black armband, as Victor Jurgens did in Policenauts.

Metal Gear Solid 2 : Sons of Liberty
A penguin suit (looking like Pentarou), granting Snake unlimited O2, was planned but eventually scrapped (Penguin Adventure reference). (proof)

Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater

Is that mk. II? The image quality just makes it look like a lump.

I was sure that I put that Penguin suit thing in here, before. :? Thanks for mentioning it.

The bottom-right item is "MG MK2". Great find. Notice how to the left of it are Moslems, Jonathan's brand of cigarettes in Policenauts (which made it into the final Japanese version of MGS).

A post in that topic Spike just gave us:
Johnny Undaunted wrote:
Spoiler:
A scene that much closely resembles Gillian's first JUNKER mission is the scene in Policenauts when Jonathan and Ed goes to the AMM at night during Act 2 to find their informant. There's quite a few parallels there.

Also, I though the death of the DARPA Chief and his replacement with Octopus had plenty of Snatcher parallels with the death of Cunningham (such as Gillian and Snake finding the rotten body of the respective chief).
What do you think, 87th?

Spoiler:
I've already added the Cunningham/Donald Anderson thing, but I don't know much about the Snatcher Act 1/Policenauts Act 2 reference. I've not played much of Policenauts (only until Jonathan meets Ed) as I'm waiting for the English translation. I felt that trying to play through it with a guide wasn't any way to enjoy Kojima's proudest moment).
Thanks to Osiris for pointing me in the direction of the "MG MK2" item. I was looking at the dark patch on the snow (which, I've only just noticed in this light, is Snake).

I know, I got that quotation from Johnny Undaunted, but I don't feel it spoils the game any; since it doesn't reveal what happens exactly or who it is, in fact, I think it sort of forebodes the game for you; I read that quote long ago and was left wondering what exactly it is that happened for while, and was really dreading the moment, so it shocked me even more when it happened.

I do apologise if you feel I spoilt the game any for you though.

I agree about just playing through witha guide though; I stopped playing after I complete act 2, it was a great experience without english, but regardless, it would be better in english, so I'm waiting it out before I play it, like yourself.

Don't worry about it. It would have been silly of me to try and make a super-comprehensive list of details in a game, while trying to avoid spoilers. That's something I realised when I started this topic. I think I already know what part of the game you were talking about, anyway (if you look up Policenauts on Gamefaqs, it's very hard to avoid that spoiler).

Oh well, my advice is to just stay away from anything Policenauts related, until the translation is out and you've completed the game, harsh I know, but it's the only way I think, without being tempted (since we all have succumbed to the pleasure of knowing thanks to spoilers in the past, haven't we? :P).

Metal Gear Solid 2 : Sons of Liberty
* After answering a few questions, a female voice tells you the game is going to begin and to enjoy it. (After starting a new game in Policenauts, another female voice basically tells you the same thing).

Don't know if this has been posted or not, but the diving suits in the beginning of the Plant Chapter slightly resemble the EMPS, (Or is it the walkers? The one Jonathan had his "incident" in.)

I've heard that the informant in Policenauts calls himself 'Deepthroat' like in MGS, is this true?

I do remember hearing that somewhere before, but I'm not sure if it's true or not. I always thought they just resembled ordinary diving suits.

No, he calls himself "Nine Stars".

Metal Gear 2 : Solid Snake
* The North-South problem is mentioned in the instructions booklet time line (1991 : North and South talks were held.) (Snatcher reference).

EDIT : some Policenauts-related references here, but it looked like quite spoiler-heavy, so I'd recommend you not reading it until you've beaten the game.
