Re: Kojima Collector Wiki
I'm just wondering is there anything above "sysops"
I know theres normal "members", "sysops" and "owner"
I think once we clean up the main page, make it a little more interesting, it should be good to go.

I wanted to congratulate everybody's efforts, i am sorry for not being more active as well.. but I'll contribute what I can in due time =)
If you are willing to contribute, that shouldn't be a too hard effort. But ok, since you should be able to bann people you can open it. However i think we need more advertisement. Think it's ok to make a thread at TUS?

That is not a cover, it is the back of the ZOE manual.

It can probably be merged with an American ZOE page.
I made a lot of scans today (PAL Subsistence, PAL Promo Subsistence, European MetalGear, European Penguin Adventure, PAL MGS2:SOL, PAL ZOE and Kabushiki Baibai Trainer Kabutore), and I've already uploaded a few. I'll get some more, later.

Re: Kojima Collector Wiki
I believe that's a CSS issue mate. All I did was copy the Gallery code from other pages, it looks like that's the default size for thumbs.TSi wrote:jon, are you planning to keep them that small? or are we going to "make the posters" bigger on that page?
There seems to be a lot of padding on there too, the padding looks perfectly fine on images that are square but it looks a little too much when the images are rectangular like the poster thumbs. I don't know what to recommend mate to be honest. Maybe someone else can help?
EDIT: Unless of course, you're talking about the actual poster images sizes? In answer to that, I stuck to the 400px width you recommended in your post on page 3 of this thread fella.

Re: Kojima Collector Wiki
One final thought before I sleep!
I've not added anything to my site for weeks and I have loads to update, and lots more items I need to add. I know it's a time consuming task but lots of us have our own websites now and i'm guessing, after looking at the wiki "collectors page", TSi has one in the pipeline too (I'm excited to see it mate! let me know when it's up and if you need any help with it at all), so I thought...wouldn't it be a great idea if, when we upload a new item to our personal sites, there's nothing to stop us quickly making a new wiki page for that item. If we're uploading pictures, we may as well upload to the wiki in one fell swoop!
Have a think about it guys, but I guarantee that the wiki will grow in no time if we all pull together. I've noticed that it's only the minority cracking on with the job, if we all work together on it, it will be worth it in the end and we'll have ourselves a great resource that we can all be proud of.
Before I get a verbal battering, I know I've not done an awful lot lately but hopefully, the lack of updates on my personal site will vouch toward why that hasn't happened. I will endeavour to do more in the coming weeks.
I cannot stress enough, if anyone needs a hand in getting to grips with the wiki syntax, or how to create new content or edit old content, give us a shout. All of us who have a little experience will gladly help you out as I'm sure we'd only be too happy to get a new editor on board!
Please help if you can!
P.S. Just wanted to say, if you have the ability to write a post in a thread, you have the ability to write wiki content! lol

woo! +1 to jon!!!
I actually will be updating both on a regular basis (as you can see in the recent change logs =P), but yes, I actually spent about 2-3 hours scrapping my site together, and it WILL be coming soon.
I dont have much items, but once everything is up, I'd be able to start wiki contents again... (shouldnt take more than another day or 2).
