how does the eye thing come together? is it like... swap head or is theres osmehting differetn?

You can pull them and push them in or out. They are extremely fragile though, so I won't be playing with that in the future.
In general it is way better than Snake in design terms. The body feels better, it s not as empty. Also the joints move better and have more angles, as the hands which are not interchangeable and have mobility.
The head is well attached to the body, it can't come off. And it feels like one piece. I really liked this one.

The online retailer where I pre-ordered mine still does not have it in stock...
And yeah! How I wished it came out with the trench coat...

Time to make your own trench coat... I'm thinking there are figures that has a trench coat, now u just need to find one and take it!

I almost bought a few of these but I dont like the look of them. Their faces are kinda off. I like Medicoms 20th anniversary figures better, they look more like the characters.
