Anyone Listen to Joy Division ect.

A forum to talk about stuff that doesn't fit in other categories, such as general Kojima games discussion, other games, etc.

Hey, I was personally raised on new wave and music like that way before I found out kojima loved it :D I was wondering if anyone else is into this typ of music from the 80s, cause I'm a big 80s fan and I'm curious about the other guys here

theres like an essential order I think with how you listen to each album, they almost run into an essential unison from "Closer", to "Unknown Pleasures" or "Substance". They're beginning stuff is kinda dark and desperate. "Unknown Pleasures" is a not quite so desperate and perhaps a little more accessible. Understandably this album is the least consistent of the three, mainly due to it's collection album format.

Here are some more (albeit indirect, but you can see more Joy Division/Plato's Cavern ones)

Substance 1977-1980

Probably in the Heart and Soul box set too though.
