Emulators (WT...!!!!!)

Post by Liek »

Do you think somebody can create ROM and emulators with the same hardware specs that makes you feel with the real console? and I don't have a GameBoy Color but I want play some games in this console like Zelda no Densetsu Yume o Miru Shima (The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening) and I am tempted to playing in a emulator. What advice you can give me, save some money and buy a console or use an emulator? :/

higan is an snes emulator that built entirely to be accurate, though you might need scanlines and retro filter to get the look down exactly and its kinda resource intensive. your average emulator however will have an inaccuracy here or there, thus you'll rarely get a 1:1 console experience even if it runs great.

TL;DR what Artemio said

"Games are life itself." - Hiroyuki Kobayashi 2003
