Snatcher Sega CD version on PC?

I´m browsing through Ebay and i find Snatcher on Sega CD(isínt it also called Mega Drive)i like to get it but i don´t own a Sega CD but then i heard some roumors that with the Sega CD version i could play Snatcher on PC is that true? if it is is there any proof?

Indeed, the Sega CD is called Mega CD in the rest of the world but USA, Canada and Mexico. There are two small differences that are relevant. 1) The Mega CD is PAL and the Sega CD is NTSC. 2) The games from one machine won't run on the other (there are ways, but you need to ripo the game, change some things and they most probably work).

The other thing, the Mega CD version of Snatcher is generally a bit more expensive than the sega CD version, and the packaging differs (as well as one word in the whole game).

Now, your question. Indeed you can play it emulated on a PC. Either version.
