Lady Serpente wrote:uhm... o.o about figures, imho you're missing the second series of gashapons from MGS2:Substance, the silver & unpainted sets of MGS2 gashapons (I mean the alternative versions of the set shown in 7th pic) and the uh... 'frog' clock from MGS3. There would also be some resin set of a Big Boss bust (MGS3 version) sold just in some Japanese convention some weeks ago, but I've seen it on Yahoo Japan just once so it must be really hard to find =x ohh and the life-size statues also xD j/k!
Well very nice pics & collection though, you should keep collecting ^^
(just back from my vacation so i apologize if i might sound a bit crazy

Yeah that resin bust closed quite high. I don't want to mis-quote the price (I don't have the link anymore) but it was expensive.

OK, does anyone have a pic of it? Is it an official product? I've never seen it shown anywhere.

It's indeed an official konami product. It's a bust and I don't believe it comes painted as it showed both a picture of a painted version and the unpainted parts used to make the bust..
It's basically Big Boss's head (Mgs3) and the upper torso (no arms) from shoulder to shoulder going down halfway to the bellybutton. It was at some toy show.

Hmm... You'de think if it was an official product there would be some official info on it. I mean, there are those MGS1 resin statues (unpainted) on Ebay, but they're not offical.

Yeah it's definately a quality item. Trust me I can spot a cheap unlicensed resin heh.
The pictures of the painted one were from a toy show, the picture of his item were the pieces (I think 3 - head, torso, bandana)
It was over 20,000Y with alot of bids and like half a week to go and that's when I said screw it and deleted from my rinkya watchlist. Despite the size and quality of the items in my collection I'm a really cheap person heh. So it closed for at least that. I'm thinking it may not have been widely available for purchase, possibly even at whatever show it was only. If you go to websites with recaps of recent toy/figure conventions you might find it.

Can you add a link to my site on that page? Not that I have collecting info on it, but since I made the list I would love to have the link there.
Thanks.

All done mate, hope that's ok with you Artemio. If not, just delete as necessary.
A.G., you have a link also on the "Collectors Page" too.
