Yeah it's a top notch item and if I ever found it along with the MGS3 Steel tin, I'd be a happy man, especially putting it next to my MGS4 tin, it'd be class!

Hell yeah! I'm actually going start looking for an opened copy on eBay, it would be silly of me to open it.
I'm really tempted to open the 20th anniversary collection. It's really big, much bigger than it looks in pictures.

That's exactly what I put in the description of it in my flickr gallery! Yeah it's huge. Pretty heavy too.
Don't open it, there's not much to see. Just a bunch of discs heh.

Nice one Boaby, that's a quality collection. Don't open the artbook but DO find yourself an open copy, however much I get through the post, that book still remains my favourite collectible! I love it!
Gixo, was the MGS3 in Game sealed? (Doubt it but hey!)

I took my wife and I's wedding picture out of the frame to put this in it. Think she'll be mad?

Wow that's funny, a japanese friend of mine drew a portrait of "L" from death note for me, and it's in the exact same frame.
You're kidding about you and your wife's wedding picture right? RIGHT?

Hey man, I could get married anytime. You know how hard it would be to get another letter like that?
Ah she'll never notice. I wiped away all the dust where the picture was so you wouldn't know anything was there. If she says anything I'll do the 3 basic guy tactics:
1) deny it
2) deny it
3) deny it
If that doesn't work repeat from 1)

Man she'll notice, you know how women are!
Seriously I could never do that to my girlfriend (even though I don't plan on getting married anytime soon). It's like if she hung up a poster of a naked supermodel in the place where there was a pic of her and me, see what I mean? Collecting is nothing compared to love for me, I could never replace a photograph of someone I cherish with some autograph/letter/eye/hair/living bacteria of a genius I admire.
What would you do if you were living in a small space with your girlfriend and that Kojima invited himself in your house? Would you throw her out and make love to him on the bed?

Just kidding

She'll wipe the floor with you mate, as would mine if I pulled a similar tactic!

If I've ever agreed with you before, I could honestly never agree with you more than I do now!
The black just sets it off beautifully doesn't it, I'll defintely try that with my posters.
Mate that is absolutely stunning! Congrats!

Big mail day:
MGS2 six figure set - sealed
MGS2 chase night vision soldier figure, 1:96 boxes - sealed
MGS2 chase raiden figure, 1:96 boxes - sealed (my second one)
MGS2 sleeve
Plus I got the last 2 items for my Ultimate Sorter Black. You can view it in the "Ultimate Sorter Dissected Thread"
My display:
Close-up of my sealed Kubrick's. I think only the cold war snake and tiger stripe snake are the only ones not in the picture. The first is on the top shelf and the latter is sealed in the MGS3 Extreme DVD set.

Damn, i would want to get my hands on that one. How much did it go for total?

I demand you to open them!

srsly, i had two kubricks in plastic for display for like a month. But the plastic they come reflects light and everything so you can't see them good.
But since you collect sealed things, you better keep 'em that way. And i love the NV-soldier.
edit: stupid qouting, but you see what i wrote...
edit: checked the mail moments later:

This sucker will be worn =D But it looks a bit big =S

Hey Gixo, that MGS2 sleeve was 200Y ($2) with fees. Pretty cheap item but I love it.
If you like the picture there's a poster of it on Yahoo Japan right now at 3000Y.

that's cheap :O actually im not in a need of a poster of a naked guy on the wall. But that sleeve would go nice with my NTSC-J MGS2. Still, im i dont really want to register on those bidding-services just to get this for $2

Heh, I must admit, the $15 service charge stung quite a bit on that one.
