Problem backing up Sega CD games.

I was reading online today that backing up a Sega CD game is a very straightfoward process that requires nothing more than using the "Copy CD" feature of any popular burning progam. I thought it would be a good idea to keep Snatcher enclosed in it's case and play off a burned CD so I attempted to do so with no luck. I'm using Nero and setting the write speed to around 16x to ensure a good burn but with no luck. Are there any tricks to the process that I should know about?

Try extracting the ISO and MP3 files and selecting an "ISO 9660" sort of thing.. if that or something similar exists on Nero. I wouldn't know, I'm a Mac user, but try doing that anyway.

				Try a lower speed (2x)

I always burn really important stuff at the slowest speed, even though I probably don't need to.

That's actually strange that you'd have problems copying a Sega CD disc, because they're unbelieveably easy to copy, the easiest of all CD-based game consoles. They're not encrypted at all, they don't have any strange or specific track layout, and they're written as ISO 9660. I never thought that anyone could have problems copying a SCD game. Try a different program, maybe?
