All Kojima Collaborations

Kinda wanted to do this after a lot of these things came to my mind when thinking about stuff to add in the "Overlapping Kojima Games" topic.
Basically, I'm interested listing all the times Hideo Kojima has collaborated with a decelopment team other than KCEJ or Kojima Production, or his characters have appeared in another team's game. Unofficial ports don't count.

Here's the list so far-

Snake's Revenge- Follow-up to the NES MetalGear. This had nothing to do with Hideo Kojima.
Hai No Majutsushi- Includes a Snatcher as a playable character.
Neo Kobe 2045 Speed King- Contains many Kojima refrences. The most obvious of these being that the game is set in Snatcher's Neo Kobe City, and you can control a vehicle called "Solid Snake".
Beatmania (European)- One level lets you play on a remix of the MetalGear Solid theme, including several sound effects from the game.
Konami Krazy Racers- Grey Fox is a playable character
Evolution Skateboarding- Snake, Raiden and two soldiers are playable characters. You can also skateboard on the Big Shell to a rock version of the MetalGear Solid theme.
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance- You can play the Big Shell level from Evolution Skateboarding as either Snake or Raiden.
Dream Mix TV: World Fighters- Solid Snake appears as a playable character in this game.
Zone Of the Enders: The Second Runner- There is a hidden Gradius-style game in this, called "Zoradius". Leo now flies a Vic Viper, too.
MetalGear Solid: The Twin Snakes This game is a collaboration between Hideo Kojima, Silicon Knights, Ryuhei Kitamura and Nintendo. There are many references to all of the creators' previous works in the game.
MetalGear Solid 3: Snake Eater- This contains a "Snake Vs Ape" mode where Solid Snake must catch monkeys from the "Ape Escape" series. There are many references to Ape Escape and stealth games during the opening sequence.
boktai 2: Solar Boy Django- This game can be linked up to MegaMan Battle Network 5 for a special battle.
Beatmania IIDX- You can play the MGS3 Main Theme in this game.
MegaMan Battle Network 5 Same as boktai 2, but if you have the DS version of this game and insert boktai 2 (or boktai 3 for the Japanese version) in the GBA slot, you can unlock a secret item called the "Sol Cross". Django appears in this game, too.
Ape Escape 3- This contains a "Mesal Gear Solid" mode, where you play as a monkey called "Pipo Snake" on a mission to rescue Solid Snake and destroy Mesal Gear.
boktai 3: Sabata's Counterattack This game can link up to the Japanese versions of MegaMan Battle Network 5 & 6.
MetalGear Solid 3: Subsistence- The online mode lets you play as two characters from "Rumble Roses".
MegaMan Battle Network 6- In the Japanese version of this game you can play against a player who owns boktai 3, but this function was removed for the western release. Many boktai references were cut, too.
Rumble Roses XX- Characters can wear EVA's and Olga's (Tanker version) outfits.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl- Solid Snake appears in this game. Hideo Kojima has also designed a level for the game.
Project S- This is collaboration between Hideo Kojima and suda51 for the Nintendo Wii.

There's a couple things I'm unsure of (like if ZOE2 had anything to do with the Gradius team), but I'm sure you guys can clear that up. The original post will be edited when old points are corrected and new ones are added.

I'm not sure if I can include this, as I don't think it had anything to do with the MGS team. It was just a reference from an unconnected team as far as I know.
Thanks for the other additions though (I can't believe I forgot the Evolution Skateboarding one).

I know, I wasn't sure myself about it, but since Kojima "paid them back their own coin" by putting Silent Hill 3 paintings in MGS3...

Not at all.

EDIT
Karaoke Revolution Volume 3 : Snake Eater song.

I don't remember seeing the MGS3 theme in IIDX... (Though apparently it was an unlock/download for one of the KRs on the XBOX/PS2) and I know damn near all of em. However, a remix of the MGS2 theme did appear in one of the 5 key games... I believe it was MGS2 Mission-R, and it appeared in both beatmania 6th MIX: The UK Underground Music and one of the DDR Ultramixes on XBOX.

Also, a song called 'Snatcher -dual vacuum mix-' appeared on beatmania CLUB MIX on PSX.

Do we know if Kojima collaberated for the Metal Gear joke game in Segagaga?
