Are you going to import a PSP?
I was planning to import one, mainly because of the Region Free features for games, and also because when it comes to new releases I cannot wait, and this Christmas will be the last chance for me to get it for a WHILE. What do you guys plan to do?

Me, I'll probably do what I do normally with new systems: wait like 2 or 3 years and get them when they're cheap. I got an n64 a few months ago, great system.
Of course, this won't help you at all if you prefer the latest and greatest. I'm more of a 'most game for my dollar' sort of person, so for me waiting makes the most sense. Especially since I really like my SP, and it'll be hard to beat.
Metal Gear Acid does have my attention however.

Since I am working on PSP, I don't need to import one but if I would need to, I wouldn't. Games may be region free, they are still in Japanese, movies are not region free, and I keep hearing these persistant rumours that the WiFi will not be compatible with later US and EU PSP versions, which kinda sucks.
Besides, i am counting on Sony to improve the battery itself in the months between release in Japan and in Europe.

Reagrding the PSP, I won't be importing it.. I'll wait. Sony has always imporved their consoles with time, contrasted to Nintendo who's first batch is virtually identical to the last one.... (of the same line of course)
I also bought my N64 quite late, about 3 or 4 years ago... to play several great game son it....
About new games I am excited about, I feel the same.. though I will buy for sure (appart from the obvious MGS3):
1) Feel the Magic XX/YY(DS)
2) Alien Hominid
3) Gran Turismo 4

From the mathematical perspective, consciousness might be regarded as a second derivative of sensation.
