Psychonauts

I just picked up Psychonauts for PS2. I heard that it was a very good game, and damn, they were right, it's excellent. The humour, gameplay, art, it's all there and fantastic.

Has anyone else played this game? I don't think I've had so many laugh out loud moments in a game with only being 3 hours in. Really, this game is a gem and it's sad to see the horrible sales that it got. But if you can, pick it up, it's for Xbox, PS2 and PC. You won't be disappointed.

Yeah, I loved it from start to finish. I hear about it everywhere I go, though, so it is getting appreciated now I think. Tim Schafer has quite the immaculate record now...

The game actually had a similar sort of fun feel to it that I felt from playing Earthworm Jim; now that is a good thing, since EWJ is one of my favourite platforming game series of all time.

I bought it, enjoyed what I played, but didn't feel anything really drawing me back to it apart from the fact I had paid money for it. It's a good game, but not the type that I would generally play.

A monument to a dead genre. It's pretty great.

Every time I saw it mentioned somewhere I always thought of Policenauts. I haven't played it, but heard good things.

It's thankfully BC for the 360 as well -- I'm waiting to play it pretty and upscaled on the 360 (but I won't buy the system until they stop them from imploding by design).

It's hard being a fan of both games; you get mixed up talking about them quite often, to say the least.

Hmm, Tim Schaefer, so it must be a LucasArts title then. I really loved his game "Full Throttle".

Nope, it's not a Lucasarts title, he left lucasarts and started his own company for this,
