and it works beautifully. I was playing snatcher on my xbox, but it froze right after the explosion (hopefully thats not too much of a spoiler), so i finished it in the OS x version of Fusion. Not quite the same experience as playing it on my sega cd, but its the best i can do when my sega cd is 800 miles away in a closet.

did you get a bios file and put it in the appropriate place? i can't remember where it goes, but It is necessary. You should be able to find one if you just google sega cd bios.

Yeah, you set where the BIOS is in Preferences / Sega CD

Yeah I figured it out soon after I had posted. I had thought I had read through various sites trying to find the emulator itself while the site was down that it came with the bios files, but found that it didn't, of course. Now only problem is it keeps freezing up at the same point.

I take it you're trying to play Snatcher.

That means the Snatcher file you have downloaded is fucked on the inside; just ask around on the forum boards for a link that will point you in the direction of a fully-working Snatcher file; that's what I did. Unfortunately most of the Snatcher files available on emulator sites are broken and keep freezing at the Turbocycle scene...
