This is a remake of the original Broken Sword game, which will be released on the Wii and DS, and is due out in March.

The game will include new scenes (the original opening scene with George in the Cafe will now take place a little later in the game,) and should explain certain events in more detail.
Spoiler:
Including Nico's connection to Petra.
So far it doesn't seem like there are any differences between the Wii and DS versions, except that the Wii version will include voice acting (Rolf Saxon will again do the voice of George for the new scenes, and the original voice actor for Nico will also be returning for the new scenes.)
Spoiler:
It has also been revealed that one character's lines had to be completely re-recorded as they also have new lines, but Revolution weren't able to get the original actor back.
The DS version, however, will not have voice acting.

I'm a fan of the original, and still own it. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work on my PC anymore. Looking forward to this! \,,/

Trailer from the recent Comic-con, showing a couple of scenes from the start of the game. The music playing throughout most of the trailer is not actually from Broken Sword.
