Sending in images for Junker HQ?

Hi, I've recently scanned a lot of images of some Hideo Kojima games which aren't on the site. I sent these files to aurbina[at]junkerhq[dot]net in a ZIP file, but I still haven't even got a reply. I was wondering, should I should try submitting the scans in a different way?

Not to be facetious, but what Kojima games could you possibly have that Artemio doesn't? The only thing he's missing at this point is the Japanese version of the original MSX Metal Gear (and some of the PAL releases probably).

Notice the Scottish location? I have a lot of PAL titles. Here's the games I tried to send images of-
MetalGear Solid: Special Missions- PSone (PAL)
MetalGear Solid: The Twin Snakes- NGC (PAL)
MetalGear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty- PS2 (PAL)
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance- PS2 (PAL)
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance- PlayStation 2 the best edition (NTSC/JP)
MetalGear- NES (PAL)
Zone Of the Enders-PS2 (PAL)
Zone Of the Enders: The Second Runner-PS2 (PAL)

I'm also planning to scan these, soon-
boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand! (PAL)
MetalGear Solid- GBC (PAL)
MetalGear: Worlds of Power (European version- shows PAL boxart of the NES port)
MetalGear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty- Official Strategy Guide (European version- has a slightly different cover, again)
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance- XBox (PAL)
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance- PC (PAL)

I was going to ask him if I should scan the discs and manual of the PAL version of MGS, as well (as I know the boxart is already on the site)

Don't make early assumptions or jump to conclusions, please.

I don't want to sound facetious either, but most of those games (if not all) are scanned and posted on my site [http://shadowmoses.net/], which is linked in his links pages, so they are accessible to the Kojima fan if he needs it.

Of course Artemio's site is Artemio's site though =) (and I'm MGS and Policenauts only...)

I did receive the submissions. It is indeed true I do own some of the ones listed above (though the scans are not up), and it is also true that I do accept contributions and that they are quite welcome.

I posted at the status page in Junker (http://junkerhq.net/status.html) That I've been quite busy these days, and that I will post those contributions I received shortly... sorry for not making direct contact.

I am sorry about any problems caused by the misunderstanding.

Thanks. Do you own any of the products that I haven't scanned, yet, either? (So I can cut down the job)

Neither of those listed, I mostly have Japanese and American versions (since I don't have where to play the euro games so far)

Thanks, I'll gather all those up and scan them, soon (some are at friends' houses). :)

Don't rush yourself, you've given me some work for a while now =) I'll upload those this week, thanks.

BTW, How should I credit you?

Just 87th would be fine, thanks. I just wanted to contribute to the site, as I really enjoyed browsing through the products, before. I felt that I should probably contribute images of the PAL versions of the games for fans who haven't been able to find them, elsewhere.

It's very windy here (reaching winds of 100MPH) and there's an extremely high tide at the moment, so I couldn't gather the items to scan them, yet, even if I was planning to.

Don't blow away, you smuggish prick.

Only joking of course! Although wind is no laughing matter.

Well, here's some pictures of what it's like around where I live, at the moment. I need a fairly good excuse before I go walking around anywhere. :(

Jesus, look at the size of that liquid mess! That's terrible.

But more importantly, why is your name '87th'? Its ambiguousness is inviting me to ask.

God, it's such a mix of things, it's hard to answer in a concise post. It's knowhere near as interesting as you might think, though.
My original email address began with the fairly average SolidSnake87 (Solid Snake being my favourite Videogame character at the time, and being born in 1987), I soon changed this to 87thSolidSnake when I joined some forums (MGS2 wasn't out at the time, so there was speculation about how many clones there was of Big Boss).
Many shortened this to 87th, and not wanting to sound too connected to one series of games, I changed my username to this slightly criptic handle. It's stuck ever since.
You sorry you asked, yet?

Well, I suppose it works as a parody on the ridiculous amount of forum usernames you see with 'SolidSnake' in them, which is what I thought it was at first. A bit of clever social commentary. Mind you, there's probably a lot more than 87 on your average forum. Either way, yes, I am now sorry I asked.

Thanks very much. :) I'm not too bothered about when it's put up, myself, but it's nice to know you're prepared to try and get it all done tonight.

I've got the update almost ready.. images are in place and pages are almost done, but the reorganization of the Kojima page has taken more time than I imagined

I leave an example of the new layout I have done this night:

http://junkerhq.net/kojima.html

Please tell me what you think, I believe it is easier to find what you are looking for and gives more space for actual data.

I'll finish the complete update soon, sorry about the delay... But I am *really* tired...

That is very good, and it does make it a lot easier to find speciffic versions of a game. I like it. :)

Thanks.. They are up now.. a few more need to be added though

I'm glad that they're up now. I forget that they're my copies of the games when I look at them though, which is odd. I'll let you have a rest, of course, but I've got some more that I can still scan (I'll probably wait for the UK release of MGS3, though, so don't worry about it for a while).

Started scanning other items, now. These include-
MetalGear: Ghost Babel (European version)
MetalGear: Worlds of Power Novel (European version)
MetalGear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty- Official Walkthrough (European Version- including scans of pages detailing European exclusive features)
boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand (European version)
MGS3 Memory Card Sticker (Came free with OPS2 # 57)
Photo of various UK Gaming Magazines with Hideo Kojima related covers (allongside a few DVDs)

I still have to scan these-
MetalGear Solid 3: Snake Eater (European version)
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance (European PC version)
MetalGear Solid 2: Substance (European XBox version)
Konami Krazy Racers (European version- includes Grey Fox as a playable character)

I might remember a couple other items I have that aren't on the site, too. If MGS3 arrives tomorrow (Gameplay.com usually give me games a day earlier than release), I should be able to send the scans tomorrow night.

I can send you the ones i've already done, if you want to make a start. (I can't imagine you'll want to use all the images, as the magazines are a little random, and I don't where they'd fit in, and the Memory Card sticker isn't very important, either)
