Not done by me, but Retro Gamer magazine apparently has a history feature as well. (no doubt copying we did at gamesTM ;) )

I dont have access to the mag, but has anyone read it yet? I am absolutely DYING to know they put in it.
What games did they feature?
Did they mention the **** up that was the US manual?
Did they mention Snake's Revenge?
Do they have a full timeline?
What are the screenshots like?

Actually, Im just dying to know what its like compared to mine.

I saw the feature while browsing in a shop, today. It's only 2 pages, contains only a few screenshots, and doesn't seem very in-depth. They mention the original two games, the NES version, Snake's Revenge, AC!D, Ghost Babel and the Solid series, I think. I basically scanned through it. The £6 price tag is fairly hefty, so I don't know if I'll pick it up, myself.

Cheers for the info.

Ive ordered the mag, but scanning it will be a hassle.

hmm, only two pages? The MG series is worthy of an entire 300 page analytical novel... ahh well, ce la vie!

I've read it, and its not good.
Plenty of small trivial mistakes, for starters they mix up Zanzibar, and they also pretty much copy the entire opening of my article, except slightly reworded.

Plus, its only 2 pages.
