Um. My top 4 favourite games are Kojima ones:

1. Metal Gear Solid (10/10)
2. Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake (9.8/10)
3. Snatcher (9.7/10)
4. Metal Gear Solid 2 (9.6/10)

5. ZOE2 (8.5/10) - Just played this one recently, better than I thought it would be
6. Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (8/10)
7. Metal Gear Solid 3 (7.8/10)
8. Metal Gear (7.5/10) - Most of this score is out of respect
9. Metal Gear Solid 4 (7.4/10)

The ones in bold are my top 4 favourites of all time across any game. I haven't played Policenauts but it does look amazing.
I'm necroposting on this long forgotten thread, because I'm curious to know if someone would change his/her vote in favor of MGS4 after having played it.
MGS4 wouldn't even be in my top 10 games by anyone to be honest

I voted for MGS2 Sol.
But my opinion changes sometimes. Once in a while i think the best game might be Snatcher, or maybe the first MGS. Right now i'm on MGS2. ;)

1. Metal Gear Solid
2. Snatcher
3. Metal Gear Solid 2
4. Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake
5. ZOE2
6. Metal Gear Solid 3
7. Metal Gear Solid 4
8. Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops
9. Zone of the Enders
10. Penguin's Adventure
11. Lunar Knights
12. Metal Gear

My top two change all of the time. Deciding between MGS2 and MG2 was a tough decision for me too, and on other occasions I'd say MG2 is better than MGS2, but eh, like Solide, it just depends on what mood I am in with my top 4. All four are amazing gaming experiences for me. What I love about Kojima's games are they are all like great movies (and all of them are, from the worst to the best) they're endlessly re-playable.

I only made my list adhere to the games that Kojima had a really active role in, like directing, producing or writing. I didn't include core boktai series, because quite honestly, I wasn't a big fan. They were okay, and yes, I did play them all. Lunar Knights was ace though (funny enough, the only game which isn't canon is the best to me).
