MSX(1,2,2+) Emulation on PSP!

I've just been playing MetalGear 2 all day on PSP. Took me fucking ages to figure out how to set it up though, so I thought I'd share a guide with you-
Step 1- First of all, you'll need to check which version of PSP you own. To do this, turn on your PSP and go to Settings, then System Settings and finally, System Information. Look for 'System Software' if you have 1.51 or higher- you're screwed, sorry- if you're that desperate to play PSP MetalGear, get an older model. If you have version 1.50, you're lucky. If you have version 1.0 you'll even be able to skip a few steps, later on!
Step 2- Download fMSX v0.61+ from here- http://files.pspupdates.com/cgi-bin/cfi ... 0,0,30,723
Step 3- Download MSX2 BIOs if you want to play MetalGear or MetalGear 2, and MSX2+ BIOs if you want to play Snatcher or SD Snatcher. I can't supply you links to these, as it's illegal, but they're easy enough to find. Just make sure they're compatable with fMSX.
Step 4- Download all the ROMs you want to play. Again, I can't supply any links.
Step 5- Connect your PSP to your PC. If you're lucky enough to have a Memory Stick port, insert your Memory Stick there, that'll work just as well.
Step 6- SKIP TO 'Step 7.5' IF YOU HAVE VERSION 1.0
Download KXploit Tool 0.3 from here (this lets you run homebrew software on a v1.5 PSP)- http://files.pspupdates.com/cgi-bin/cfi ... 0,0,38,469
Now, install and run the program.
Step 7- SKIP TO 'Step 7.5' IF YOU HAVE VERSION 1.0
Type "MSX" in the "Name" field. In the 'PBP File' field, find the directory of the "EBOOT" file in the fMSX folder. In the 'PSP Unit' field, find the directory of your PSP or Memory Stick on your PC.
Step 7.5- SKIP IF YOU HAVE VERSION 1.5
Create a folder in PSP/GAME called MSX.
Step 8- Copy all the files from your fMSX folder to the 'MSX' folder on your PSP (PSP/GAME/MSX). Then add all ROMs to the MSX folder, too.
Step 9- Create a folder in the MSX folder called 'BIOS' and transfer all the MSX2 and MSX2+ BIOS to it.
Step 10- Now you can disconnect the PSP from your PC (or insert your Memory Stick into your PSP) and start running the fMSX software. This can be found in the 'Game' section, under 'Memory Stick' and then "fMSX for PSP 0.61+".
Step 11- Go to the ROM 1 section, and select the game you want to play. Press right to select different ROM types. All Kojima games should run under "2 Konami5 8kB".
Step 12- Go to the ROM 2 section, and select the BIOS you'll need to run to run the game (whether MSX2 or MSX2+).
Step 13- Go to MSX TYPE and select from MSX, MSX2 or MSX2+
Step 14- Select POWER. Your game should now run.
Of course, you haven't changed any settings, yet. This can be changed for personal preference, but here's my controls set for MetalGear 1+2-
FileLoad- START+R
FileSave- SELECT+R
Key SPACE- SQUARE
Key Up- UP
Key Down- DOWN
Key Left- LEFT
Key Right- RIGHT
Key F1- START
Key F2- R
Key F3- L
Key F4- SELECT
Key M- CIRCLE
Key N- X
Make sure you go to "EXIT" when you're finished configuring, too. This will save all the settings.
