Okay I admit it. The Sega Saturn version of Policenauts is better than the PSX version, but my loyalties lye with Sony and I don't want to betray them. Sorry for all the uproar I caused.

What happens if you betray Sony? Will they stop being your friend?

Yes. But I was in a state of dinal about the Sega Saturn version. You, on the other hand were just trying to make me look bad.

I don't think anyone needs to try to do that.

I already admitted that the Sega Saturn version is the best version. You’re beating a dead horse with all these insults.

That was not his point at all.

My point was that no one needs to try to make you look bad as you've already done that yourself with all your previous comments.

And I wouldn't call it a dead horse, as you seem to just keep on going!

But nevertheless, you started this topic with the intent of continuing this foolish debate with ratperson, did you not? You're the one at fault for trying to provoke him (or perhaps just to mock him, which is worse), and I would call that beating a dead horse, since the discussion he originally started has already ended.

Thank you. Your post was just what I needed.

Well, it would be a dead horse if it were an honest debate or discussion, which it clearly was not. It is a few members of this forum having some fun at the expense of someone who has irritated the ever-living hell out of us. I understand what you are saying and I applaude you for trying to stick up for the guy, but he has seriously brought this type of mockery on himself. He can ignore the topic if he wishes. No one is forcing him to read it.

I already apologized for annoying you guys. There's no need to make jokes at my expense.

So after his series of pointless threads, I'm not entitled to make one to try to make him realize how annoying he is to everyone here? It looks like he's got it, though. (He only apologized after I started this thread, by the way.)

What pointless threads?

Even if he was just trying to be a prick, you're doing no better by creating this topic. You're better off ignoring him if he really bothers you. As it is, you're only drawing this feud out longer.

It was all a misunderstanding. I didn't mean to annoy anyone.

I was hoping to show him what his behavior was like for everyone else here. In the future, if he posts topics like the ones he did before, they're going to get locked (sometimes he doesn't even respond when people try to help him - case in point: viewtopic.php?t=925). I hope he's sincere with his resolution.
