Done that, great stuff....
I also did the "keep the transmiter up until the waterfall" thing, , up from the weird dream at the cell....great stuff too =)
This is why I love Kojima games, I feel like playing Snatcher again.. so much little details... so great ones.

As strange as Kojiuma tends to be, I thought that scene was just a little too strange to be in the game. It kind of reminded me a lot of Seijun Suzuki films.Snatcher wrote:I also did the "keep the transmiter up until the waterfall" thing, , up from the weird dream at the cell....great stuff too =)

Yes it was kind of james Bond/Austin Powers weird thing =)ReasonWhyNot wrote:Oh man, when I saw that, I was just at a loss for words. That was one of the strangest cutscenes I ever saw. More silly then anything else though. Did
you talk with Johnny when you were locked up?? That wasn't a bad scene either.
I did that too, it was great. And also caused him some diarreha =)

Is this the 'You disappoint me, young Snake' cutscene (i.e. the one where he sneaks up behind you to hold you at gunpoint before taking you down with the Mosin-Nagant, dragging you off and dumping you in a cell)? If so, I'm having difficulty acquiring it (well, I am anyway) despite repeatedly tracking him down, getting into a sniping position near him and waiting for him to sneak up on me. He either falls asleep or simply stays where he is, seemingly permanently.Snatcher wrote:....a 2 day save teher gets you beaten and sent to the lab....
I've tried saving during battle and loading it two days later (according to my PS2 clock at least) but, strangely enough, it just lets me carry on from where I left off. I'm getting quite annoyed that the game is just letting me cheat - it would have been handy to save my progress during the fight the first time I played it, since I remember finding it rather difficult at the time. I'm trying to get this scene so I can have the whole demo theatre set, and unlock a presumably completely useless extra.
