Loved this film, many hated it since it was more about travelling than it was Bean himself in parts, but it entertained me throughout, a big improvement over the first Bean film, if you ask me (not saying I hated the first Bean film, but it wasn't good enough).
Next film I want to see: Sunshine by Danny Boyle (from the same little town in Manchester/Lancashire as myself, I feel so proud ).

My favourite film! Brace yourself! Kojima should watch this, as good as he is with twists in his plotlines; he's not matched this film's twists yet! (Yet to play Policenauts though and MGS4, so he may yet surprise me).
Plus it's a film that gets better every time you watch it. Most atmospheric, moody and foreboding film I've ever seen.
Last Film/s ~ Grind House (Amazing!) - Children of Men (no where near as good as I hoped)
- Seven Samurai (who hasnt seen it)
Next Film/s ~ Ichi 1 (Live action prequel to Ichi the Killer) The Neighbor No. Thirteen (cool looking japanese movie...I think Puffy from Puffy and Yumi gets brutaly murdered )

AHAH! That typo made me lol at lot xD
Anyway, last film I watched was 300.
Next film I want to watch, dunno. Whatever comes.
Oh, I want to watch Inland Empire, but I'll probably watch a thousand ones before, since it was only released in some cinemas here... and they are quite far from where I am.

The last movie I watched was Waking Life. It was lousy. There was no story what so ever, just bunch of sophomoric philosophies that made no sense and weren’t connected to each other in any way at all! The animation was so shaky and wavy that I had to stop watching it and breathe for a little while to keep from throwing up from sea-sickness.
The next films I want to see are Seven Samurai, Pulp Fiction, Ichi the Killer (if I can ever get up the guts), Casablanca, The Exorcist, Full Metal Jacket and Man on The Moon.

whoah...waking life was bad? Sorry, man, but it IS supposed to be jumpy, there wasn't supposed to be a plot, and the animation was supposed to be jumpy to convey confusion and misunderstanding. Each section is a different person's viewpoint on life and death, if they tied together as one single plot, then George Orwell would be proud. Oh yeah, 16 blocks. Pretty good movie, but Die Hard was better. Next'll probably be Spiderman 3, but I'm not sure.
Life and Death hang in perfect balance...I'm only here to tip the scales.

It's a great film and if you like it check out the book. But I have to warn you
Spoiler:
it has a very different far more optimistic ending than the film.

We all have different tastes and I didn't mean to insult yours. Sorry if I rubbed you the wrong way.

NOT THAT MOVIE! xD
It may be historical, but it's boring as hell... And I saw better Murnau films, anyway.

Yes, i have it but unfortunetly there is no Finnish subtitles for that movie. (Yes, i downloaded the dirty DivX version with torrent...) And my english sucks lol
So for now i'm looking and going to buy the real DVD version of the movie.

I see, so could you make any sense of it whatsoever? In fact, I think it's great you saw the film without understanding a word of it; the visual side of things for the film, are perfect, for me. So much attention to details, I've never seen so much for a live action movie, actually; very much a foreboding effect. I notice new things each time I watch it, I've watched the film about ten times now, still not tired of it! Hope you enjoyed it regardless.

I'll bare that in mind then, thanks for the heads up.
You’re welcome. In truth that's the only thing I don't like about the movie.
Spoiler:
it omits the books final chapter where Alex grows up, decides to lead a peaceful life and be a decent citizen. In turn, the film only gets half the point of the original story. I still think it's one of the greatest films ever made, though.
