I have a problem with OpenMSX. I'm using Catapult to lauch OpenMSX and have the correct Bios drivers and SCC plug-ins and so on. I've had MSX Snatcher working for a while - I'm well into act 2. However, recently the PC I've been running it on gives me error messages when I use catapult - and OpenMSX will not launch. A error message displays that it cannot find the OpenMSX version, and I need 0.4.0 or higher - well, I'm using 0.5.... strange.
Basically, I want to find and extract my save file from the various folders and files in Programfiles/openMSX and reinstall openMSX.- Can anyone tell me where abouts in the doc, doc.dll, share, cbios, machines, keymaps, resources and so on I'll find my SAVE file - in saved in slot 0, if that makes any difference. Thanks guys!
Help with OpenMSX Please.

Hey,
I used the actual game save - not an external program... come to think of it - I saved in game slot 0 - which required me to 'insert' disk 0 to save....once saved I had to
re-insert whichever disk I was playing on at the time... So I suppose its a possibility that it atually saved in/over that rom file - as in the roms folder there are only the disk roms to play the game... thanks

As a matter of fact, it indeed must have saved in the disk image file.. so I wouldn't worry. But fro safety, take those image files and use them in any other emu to find out.

Thanks exactly what I planned to do.
Thanks!
Also, Snatcher - I was wondering if you knew the Japanese location of the snatcher settings - Kintano (gibsons house) Sannomiya (Joy Division), as these are actual places in Kobe. I know the area where Ivans apt. has a name (rather than something like distric B-5), Alta-Mira...not sure about that one... any ideas?
Thanks again!

Unfortunately I've never been to Kobe. Only Tokyo and Oosaka.. so for now I can't help you much. But I'll try and search later to figure out something with what is on the net, if possible.
